Job Description
- Drive branding, communications & outreach, and engagement strategies for prospective undergraduate and graduate students.
- Support communications for outreach events (e.g. NUS Open Houses).
- Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders as the primary point-of-contact in relation to education and alumni matters.
- Manage partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with College of Design and Engineering (CDE) directions and messages.
- Build brand followership, awareness, and engagement for CDE events and programmes.
- Track community sentiment and make recommendations to optimise social media & outreach strategies.
- Provide timely reporting to senior management.
- Support Head of Communications and Marketing in strategic content marketing initiatives such as content planning, development, website updates, and optimisation across social media channels and digital touchpoints.
- Support related communications projects as required (e.g. Commencement).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Experience in digital content production.
- Proficiency in various social media tools and platforms, with some experience supporting online marketing/community engagement campaigns.
- Experience in animation/motion graphics, UI/UX web design, photography/videography, and/or events management is advantageous.
