Position Summary
The Commercial Leasing Executive is responsible for supporting leasing activities, assisting in securing new tenancies, renewing leases, and building strong tenant relationships. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn, develop their skills in property leasing, and grow within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Marketing
- Assist in identifying and engaging prospective tenants through calls, networking, and research.
- Support leasing enquiries, conduct property viewings, and follow up to convert prospects into signed leases.
- Help secure new tenancies, renew existing leases, and liaise with property agents as needed.
- Assist in negotiating favourable terms for leases and renewals under guidance from senior staff.
- Conduct basic due diligence on prospective tenants.
- Support the end-to-end leasing process, including marketing, documentation, and execution of Tenancy Agreements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, assisting with any lease-related matters.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Department or Deputy Head in special projects or ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Learn and contribute to market analysis and tenant acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant internship or work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Possession of a valid CEA (Council for Estate Agencies) license is preferred; candidates without a license but willing to obtain one will also be considered.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
