ABOUT THE ROLE

• Oversee daily culinary operations in our SKAI Restaurant, ensuring exceptional food quality, cost control, hygiene and seamless coordination with other departments.
• Develop innovative menus, plan events and implement marketing, budgeting and technology initiatives to elevate the dining experience.
• Recruit, mentor and motivate a high-performing team through coaching, training and performance management.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Culinary Expertise: Certificate from a recognized culinary school (preferred) with 8-10 years of senior kitchen management experience, ideally in a high-end, modern dining concept.
• Leadership & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional team leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities with strong communication, presentation and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Professional Attributes: Service-oriented, detail-focused, self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
