Job Description

  • Need Cooking for long hours until the middle of the night.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of food and services
  • keep the cafe cleanliness and hygiene standard
  • Handle and resolve issues or complaints
  • To supervise all staff in their duties
  • To train staff to provide high standards of service and increase their personal knowledge.
  • Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements
  • Attend trainings / meeting when required
  • Handles manpower staffing scheduling of staff roster
  • Evaluate staff performance

Requirements:

  • minimum of 5 years relevant experience at chef level in F&B Industry
  • Initiative and with leadership skills to manage a team, mature, outgoing and guest oriented, good communication skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
  • A good team player with positive attitude.
