We are looking for a highly professional and dedicated Executive Chauffeur to provide primary transportation for the CEO and secondary support for company administrative needs. The ideal candidate must be punctual, discreet, and capable of maintaining a luxury vehicle to the highest standards.
1. Transportation & Navigation
Provide safe and punctual chauffeur services for the CEO's and immediate family members daily commute, business meetings, and social events.
Manage cross-border trips between Singapore and Malaysia (JB/KL) as required.
Proactively plan routes using real-time traffic updates (GPS/Waze) to ensure timely arrivals, especially during checkpoint peak hours.
2. Vehicle Maintenance & Detailing (Daily)
Premium Cleanliness: Perform daily interior vacuuming, leather wiping, and exterior washing to ensure the vehicle remains in showroom condition at all times.
Amenities Management: Ensure the cabin is stocked with essentials (e.g., bottled water, mints, tissues, and charging cables) and that all trash is removed after every trip.
Technical Upkeep: Monitor fuel/battery levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels. Coordinate scheduled servicing, road tax renewals, and VEP/Touch n Go/ERP balance management.
3. Professional Conduct
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and private conversations overheard in the vehicle.
Exhibit top-tier business etiquette: professional attire, polite demeanor, and proactive assistance with luggage or umbrellas.
Adhere to a strictly non-smoking policy inside and around the vehicle.
4. Administrative Support
Assist with office errands, document dispatch, and guest airport transfers during the CEO's downtime.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably serving C-suite executives or High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI).
Work Schedule: Able to commit to a 6-day work week and flexible hours (early starts or late finishes based on the CEO's schedule).
Travel Readiness: Valid Passport and familiarity with SG-MY border crossing procedures (Causeway/Tuas).
Licensing: Valid Singapore Class 3 (or equivalent) driving license with a clean driving record (no demerit points).
Language: Proficient in English for daily work communication and safety instructions. Bahasa Melayu proficiency is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Traits: Honest, patient, highly organized, and able to meet the physical demands of the role
for long-distance driving.
Work Days: 6 Days / Week
Location: Based in Singapore + Regional travel (Malaysia)
