Job Purpose
Supporting respective deal teams on the execution of fundraising and secondary mandates, including but not limited to:
. Preparation of marketing materials
. Preparation of client reporting materials
. Assisting on financial analysis
. Assisting on the execution of the Firm's origination efforts, as required and
. Assisting on the execution of any other Firm initiatives, as required
Candidate Profile
- Strong academic background
- MAS regulated / passed relevant regulatory exams - If not already held then the candidate would be expected to complete these qualifications shortly after arrival
- Investment banking, secondaries advisory, primary fundraising, consulting or other alternative investments experience would be beneficial but not required
- Familiarity with finance fundamentals
- Well-developed Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal English (Mandarin speaking or third language skills encouraged)
- Strong relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable dealing with people at all levels and able to provide effective and proactive support across business teams and geographic locations
- Highly organised and efficient, able to multitask and prioritise own workload
- Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines as required
- Delivers to a very high quality with strong attention to detail
- Team player with a high level of integrity, a positive can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn
