The Brand and Business Development Executive (Housebrand) will be responsible for supporting the business and portfolio strategy implementation. He/ she is required to:
- Support in driving business growth, track product/initiatives performance, and achieve commercial targets for his/ her portfolio of work
- Support brand-level commercial & marketing related initiatives for FairPrice Housebrand and/or private labels ie. brand campaigns, category initiatives etc.
- Support in planning and implementing campaigns and categories initiatives through understanding research data of consumer needs/ insights and trends.
- Coordinate in-store activation (ie. sampling, road shows, events) and merchandising activities
- Support category management to gain a thorough understanding of commercial levers to drive category sales growth
- Conduct data analysis of trade initiatives to identify issues and opportunities by category and by channel/ format.
- Support in managing packaging artwork developments and working with suppliers on end to end for assigned
- Work with cross-functional teams, agency, and channel partners.
Requirements
- Interest in supermarket grocery products
- Flair for multitasking and able to manage various ongoing initiatives
- Keen to gain experience in driving campaign implementation from conceptualising to implementation
- Opportunity to experience end-to-end packaging development. From conceptualisation to preparing finished artwork with supplier.
- Able to present initiatives to store managers to gain buy-in
- Self-starter, resilient, able to react quickly in a fast-paced environment
