Job Description
About the role
We are looking for a capable and dependable Executive Assistant and help keep the office running smoothly. This is a business-focused role with direct exposure to management and the autonomy to take ownership of important matters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman's schedule, correspondence, meetings and follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports and business updates.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, leave, payroll and employee administration.
- Oversee company records, office administration, vendors and service providers.
- Liaise professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information and assigned business projects with discretion.
About you
- Diploma or higher, with at least five years of relevant EA, administration or office management experience.
- Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate with relevant stakeholders overseas.
- Highly organised, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Strong follow-through, judgment and confidentiality.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
