As we expand globally, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help drive operational excellence.
Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the company's senior executives to provide administrative, organizational, and strategic support. You'll be a trusted partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient scheduling, and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, travel, and correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with event coordination, logistics, and stakeholder management.
- Support special projects and initiatives led by the executive team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Background in events, media, or B2B industries is a plus.
