We're looking for an Executive Assistant to provides administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- Coordinate and manage executive scheduling.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and taking meeting minutes.
- Connecting organizations, projects, and critical business information to the CEO,
- Sort and triage mail maintain e-mail and other address directories.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the CEO.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate travel and dinner arrangements.
- Assist with any other miscellaneous activities.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary
- Three to five years prior experience in supporting a senior executive
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- High attention to detail, and able to multi-task
- Resourceful, can-do attitude
