About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our Directors. This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure the Directors schedules, communications, and operational needs run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end executive calendars, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of Directors
- Assist in coordinating internal communications and cross-departmental updates
- Support business planning, project follow-ups, and report preparations
- Organise corporate meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements
- Perform administrative tasks such as expense claims, document filing, and procurement
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and maintain composure under pressure
