Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide full-spectrum administrative support to the Chairman.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, translate, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Manage phone calls, emails, and business correspondence efficiently.
Operational & Business Support
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense claims.
- Support ad-hoc projects, research, and business initiatives as required.
- Assist in basic office management and coordination with vendors or partners.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced SME environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
