Prepare meeting agendas, consolidate materials, track follow-ups, and manage logistics.
Coordinate travel arrangements, expense submissions, and administrative processes including PO and invoice support where applicable.
Support planning and execution of team offsites, leadership engagements, virtual events, and regional meetings across geographies.
Maintain documentation, trackers, and recurring operational rhythms to ensure smooth team operations.
Track Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses and support basic budget monitoring and reporting.
Use productivity and AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and continuously improve administrative efficiency.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Minimum 5+ years of Executive Assistant or executive administration experience supporting senior leaders in multinational environments.
Proven ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities independently.
Experience working with global stakeholders across time zones.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Professional, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
