Team structure
This role forms part of the Secretarial Services team and provides high-quality support to partners, lawyers, and other senior stakeholders across the firm. The Executive Assistant works closely with colleagues across practice groups and business services functions to support the efficient delivery of legal and business operations.
Main responsibilities
- Proactively supports assigned stakeholders and takes ownership of administrative processes.
- Effectively manages diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and business commitments.
- Coordinates communications and builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Produces high-quality correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Supports client relationship management, business development initiatives, and client events.
- Assists with financial administration, including billing, expenses, and matter-related processes.
- Maintains effective document, records, and file management practices.
- Collaborates with colleagues and business services teams to deliver a high standard of support.
- Identifies opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Adapts to changing priorities and provides support across the wider team as required.
