We combine frontline incident response, proprietary IR-1 subscription services, and cyber insurance underwriting through our Lloyd's of London coverholder, Blackpanda Underwriting.

The Opportunity

Blackpanda is entering a decisive stage of scale.

We are expanding OEM partnerships, launching telco integrations, preparing for major strategic outcomes, and operating across multiple Asian markets.

Execution quality now matters more than ideas.

We are looking for a disciplined, structured, and high-agency operator to join the Office of the COO.

This Role Exists For One Purpose:

To increase the execution velocity and operational discipline of the company.

You will work directly with the COO and have visibility into CEO-level priorities. Your mandate is to ensure that strategic directives are translated into clear deliverables, tracked rigorously, and completed to standard and on time.

This is not a calendar-management role.

This is an execution role.

If you aspire to grow into a Chief of Staff or senior operator position, this role will expose you to every core function of a scaling regional company.

It is demanding. It requires maturity beyond your years. It rewards competence and ownership.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Execution Discipline & Priority Control
  • Maintain a structured master tracker of company-level priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Translate high-level directives into clear, time-bound deliverables.
  • Track ownership and ensure commitments are met.
  • Surface execution risks early and escalate appropriately.
  • Maintain a weekly execution dashboard for the COO.

You are responsible for clarity.

  • Cross-Functional Follow-Through

Blackpanda operates across eight functions: Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Response, Tech, Insurance, People & Culture, and Finance.

You Will:

  • Drive structured follow-ups across functional leaders.
  • Ensure meetings result in decisions and decisions result in action.
  • Track interdependencies between teams.
  • Reduce ambiguity and prevent silent slippage.

You are responsible for alignment.

  • COO Capacity Amplification

The COO's time and attention are finite.

You Will:

  • Prepare concise briefing materials ahead of key meetings.
  • Structure information to reduce cognitive load.
  • Identify where operational focus is diffused and recommend simplification.
  • Help maintain disciplined weekly operating rhythms.

You are responsible for leverage.

  • CEOCOO Alignment

You will have visibility into strategic directives from the CEO and ensure operational translation is consistent and tracked.

This requires discretion, maturity, and strong judgment.

You are responsible for consistency.

  • Operating System Improvement

As Blackpanda scales, informal systems break.

You Will:

  • Improve documentation and internal reporting standards.
  • Propose structure where ambiguity exists.
  • Strengthen accountability mechanisms.
  • Help institutionalize execution discipline.

You are responsible for institutional strength.

Who You Are

This role is designed for a high-potential operator at the start of their career.

You May Be:

  • A top-tier fresh graduate.
  • A former military officer or NSF with strong leadership exposure.
  • A consulting or strategy intern who wants to operate, not advise.
  • A disciplined builder who prefers structure over chaos.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a strong academic institution.
  • 03 years of experience in consulting, military, operations, or high-performance environments.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation tools.
  • Clear and concise written communication.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading teams or complex initiatives.
  • Exposure to fast-growth companies.
  • Military or disciplined operating background.
