Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, business development execution, and general coordination across the business.
You will act as a trusted right-hand support, supporting the CEO on executing activities related to strategic, revenue-generating, and partnership activities while ensuring operational matters are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development Execution
- Coordinate meetings with clinics, suppliers, partners, landlords, and internal teams
- Prepare marketing materials and collaterals
- Market research and competitor updates
- Assist with development of new products and services
- Conduct outreach activities to drive sales growth
2. Operations & Retail Support
- Assist with coordination of retail store matters (staff schedules, vendors, utilities, ad-hoc issues)
- Support inventory, logistics, or supplier communications when needed
- Help organise product launches, promotions, or events (online & offline)
Requirements
Must-Have
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Retail roles
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Branding or Business Development roles
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have good sense of aesthetics and able to do graphic design
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism
- Personal vehicle and driving license
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience supporting a founder, SME, or fast-growing business
- Exposure to retail, healthcare, or e-commerce environments
