A leading multi-strategy asset manager in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their corporate services team. What youll do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives by managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Resolve any conflicting appointments in executive calendars efficiently to maintain smooth schedules for all involved parties.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for both internal colleagues and external partners, facilitating clear communication and dependable relationships.
  • Prepare documents such as reports, presentations, and other business-related materials with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion at all times, ensuring sensitive matters are managed appropriately.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required by executives or stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities.
  • Support office management functions using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools to streamline processes.
  • Provide out-of-hours cover when needed to accommodate stakeholder requirements beyond standard office hours.
