What youll do:
As an Executive Assistant, your role will be pivotal in providing support to a Managing Director and team members. You will handle extensive diary management, arrange both internal and external meetings, manage travel arrangements, and coordinate conference calls across different time zones. Your proactive approach will enable you to understand the nature of the business and prioritise tasks effectively. Your commitment to discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail will be key in this role.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant position will bring a proven track record in providing executive assistant support within the financial or professional services industry. You should have extensive experience in inbox management including filing of emails, arranging paperwork, and meeting documents. Your strong organisational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities will enable you to effectively manage conflicting priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for seamless interaction with the global executive assistants team, stakeholders, and senior executives.
