Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Managing Director and CEO. This role is critical in ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and focus of senior leadership across day-to-day operations, strategic priorities, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, anticipates needs before they arise, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, confidential, and high-trust environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive calendar management, scheduling, and coordination for the MD and CEO
- Manage emails, correspondence, and information flow, prioritising matters appropriately
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and logistics
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and reports
- Track follow-ups and action items to ensure timely execution
- Act as a key point of contact between senior leadership and internal / external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion
- Take accurate minutes where required and ensure timely circulation and follow-up
- Coordinate across departments to support leadership priorities and deadlines
- Assist with special projects, research, and coordination as directed by the MD and CEO
- Support process improvements to enhance executive efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior leadership
- Proven experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
- Exceptional organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment
