Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant based in Singapore, with some flexibility to work remotely. The role involves providing executive administrative support, managing schedules and calendars, coordinating appointments, and handling day-to-day clerical tasks. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will serve as a key communication point between various stakeholders, assist with personal tasks, and ensure smooth workflow for the executive team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support high-level leadership effectively
  • Strong skills in Diary Management and scheduling to organize and maintain calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate interactions between diverse stakeholders
  • Clerical Skills such as document preparation, filing, and handling administrative tasks with precision
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and organizational ability
  • Proficiency in digital tools like Microsoft Office and calendar management software
  • Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
