About the Role

As the Executive Assistant, P&C Re SID, you will be an integral part of our Market Unit APACOperations Team, reporting to the P&C Re Assistants Team Leader SID. You'll be the enginebehind seamless executive operations - managing complex schedules, coordinating high-profilevisits, driving event logistics, and acting as a trusted liaison across a diverse network of internaland external stakeholders. This is a role where no two days are the same, and your contributionswill be felt across the entire P&C Reinsurance business in APAC.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support: Manage complex calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and high-level communications with professionalism and discretion, including preparing polisheddraft emails on behalf of the Market Unit Head SIDand other stakeholders asagreed.

Executive Visit Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of leadership visits - fromcrafting detailed itineraries and aligning stakeholders to providing seamless on-site support.

Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a key connection point between internal teams and externalcontacts, ensuring smooth and timely communication flows at all levels.

Event & Market Engagement: Coordinate engaging offsite events and collaborate withMarketing to deliver impactful external market events for P&C Re.

Team Collaboration: Ensure smooth day-to-day collaboration within the Assistant Teams,working closely with the MU Operations Officer and the L&H Assistants, and providing mutualsupport and deputisation as needed.

Operational Excellence: Uphold confidentiality, champion continuous improvement, andactively support the adoption of new tools - including Generative AI - to drive efficiencyand innovation.

Culture Champion: Embody and promote Swiss Re's NEXT culture, fostering accountability,cross-functional teamwork, and a positive, inclusive team environment.

About the Team

The Assistants Team SID is part of the P&C Re Executive Office, Market Unit APAC OperationsTeam. We are tasked with supporting both the Market Units and the Central Units, whilecoordinating with Risk Management and the Group Functions. We connect, enable, and executeto ensure the overall success of P&C Reinsurance.

About You

You are a highly experienced administrative professional with a proven track record of supportingsenior leaders and teams in a fast-paced, international environment. You are proactive,resourceful, and confident managing competing priorities with grace, professionalism, anddiscretion. You build trust effortlessly, communicate with impact, and bring a solutions-focusedmindset to every challenge.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

Executive-level administrative experience - a strong track record of supporting C-suite orsenior leadership in a complex, multinational organisation, with demonstrated ability tomanage high-stakes calendars, travel, and communications.

Exceptional communication skills - excellent verbal and written proficiency in English with the ability to craft clear, professional correspondence andadapt communication style for diverse audiences.

Stakeholder management expertise - proven ability to build and maintain trustedrelationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, navigating hierarchy andbusiness etiquette in a global context with cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Tech-savvy mindset - proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a genuine curiosity andcomfort in learning new tools and systems, including Generative AI platforms

Event coordination experience - hands-on experience organising offsites, leadership visits,or external market events, including logistics, stakeholder alignment, and on-sitemanagement

Cross-cultural collaboration skills - experience working across time zones and cultures,with an appreciation for diverse perspectives and ways of working

Resilience and adaptability - a calm, focused, and solutions-oriented approach whennavigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-pressure situations

Attention to detail - a meticulous approach to all work, from document preparation toscheduling, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step

Discretion and integrity - demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidentialinformation with absolute trustworthiness
