Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, and email correspondence
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
Act as liaison between management, clients, and internal teams
Arrange travel, schedules, and logistics
Assist in reports, projects, and business support tasks
Handle expense claims, invoices, and basic financial admin
Support office operations and administrative processes
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
2-4 years of relevant experience (EA/PA/admin support)
Experience in finance or professional services is an advantage
Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to communicate effectively in English additional languages are a plus
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
