Manage end-to-end family travel arrangements, including complex multi-leg international flights, luxury accommodations, visa processing, ground transportation, fine dining reservations and leisure activities.
Proactively manage a dynamic and complex calendar across multiple time zones.
Oversee the timely renewal and maintenance of all family identity and travel documents (passports, re-entry permits, arrival cards, etc.).
Maintain and regularly update personal contact databases.
Plan and coordinate mid-scale private and corporate events and functions.
Handle both online and offline personal and company purchases.
Schedule and coordinate personal as well as professional appointments and reservations.
Manage a wide variety of ad-hoc personal and executive support tasks as required.
