. Track sales figures and basic performance data
. Support general operational and administrative tasks
. Prepare employment letters, onboarding documents, and HR-related paperwork
. Support monthly payroll preparation and coordination
. Handle CPF, levy submissions, and basic MOM/IRAS matters
. Maintain proper employee records and documentation
. Ensure office cleanliness, organisation, and readiness
. Coordinate basic office maintenance and supplies
. Maintain a professional and presentable working environment
. Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, or related field
. 2-4 years experience in operations, admin, or coordination roles
. Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple tasks
. Confident communicating with internal teams and stakeholders
. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
. Takes ownership and ensures tasks are completed
. Is comfortable coordinating and following up with team members
. Works independently in a fast-paced environment
. Is organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
