Our client is a leading Multinational Technology company, developer of personal-computer software systems and applications. This is a 12 month contract [Open to extension] role.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Calendar Management - Calendar management for the GM based in Singapore. Assist in organizing meetings and scheduling appointments. Proactively manages logistics for business group meetings/events.
- Help with calendar management usually only for group meetings/events. Booking events, meetings
- Expenses - Accurate and timely submission of expenses for the leadership team on a monthly-basis
- Expenses: Raise expenses for 4 leads and check and review expenses for direct reports (approx. 35 people).
- Event Management - managing team offsites, all hand meetings, including internal/customer/corporate hospitality events including venue sourcing and catering. Virtual offsites and using technology to create these events is increasingly important in the current environment.
- On-boarding - Ensuring all new hires for the leaders he/she supports are issued with required technology and ready to go upon start date in their location. Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure new hires have a simple, consistent, streamlined and positive on-boarding experience point of contact to settle new employees into the organization.
- Travel - Responsible for the coordination and management for 4 leaders of international and domestic travel including flights and accommodation for the leadership team and Calendars populated to reflect the travel/accurately.
- Adhoc - assist with any additional support requests from the Leadership Team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 years of relevant EA experience supporting C-level/highly senior stakeholder(s) in MNC environment preferrable in tech industry. Seasoned EAs are welcomed.
- Expert level of proficiency in Microsoft 365 Productivity suite (including Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams & SharePoint)
- Requires a high level of administrative skill with the ability to learn quickly, good organizational and communication skills.
- Someone with a high level of attention to detail, who is proactive and is a strong team player who enjoys working with others and can follow processes with patience, persistence, and accuracy.
- Display resilience, forward thinking, sense of urgency and ability to work autonomously.
