Executive / Assistant / Manager of Operations

A. Job Description:

1. Deployment of manpower for all operations - managing 50-100 pax of indviduals per week
2. Recruitment of Part Timers
3. Expansion of Manpower Networking
4. Part Timers Database & Segmentation
5. Communications with part timers - gathering feedback on ground from promoters
6. Managing Recruitment Channel, eg - telegram & etc
7. Admin - Sales Report & Photo Documentation on weekly basis
8. Warehouse Duty - minimum once a week (include packing, managing logistic delivery schedule & communicate with partners)
9. Programs Auditing over Weekday / Weekend - island wide
10. Monitoring & Documenting of Advertising & Promotion Activities
11. Exploring creative/Innovative ways of enhancing reporting system
12. Any other tasks being given by the superior
13. Flexi Working Hours on weekdays
14. Working days: 5.5 days per week (Tues to Sunday)
15. Benefits: 14 days of Annual Leave, company group insurance, annual company trip
16. Fix day off: Every Monday (Full day) & Tuesday (AM Half Day)
