OVERVIEW
Our client is a fund administration service provider headquartered in Singapore and has been operating since 2003.
The team consists of two operations professionals and a Chartered Financial Analyst with more than 20 years of experience in the funds and investment industry.
They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a senior executive. The role will focus on schedule management, travel arrangements, payroll processing, and benefits administration, while serving as a key liaison with external service providers such as accounting firms.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a quiet, small-office environment and do not require prior financial services experience.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the executive's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
Arrange domestic and international business travel, including flights and accommodation
Process employee payroll accurately and in a timely manner
Administer employee benefits and maintain related documentation
Liaise with external accounting firms and other professional service providers
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good command of English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with modern office tools, applications, and technology
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions & Compensation
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary
SGD 3,800 - 4,500 per month (depending on experience)
Annual Leave
18 days during the first year
Up to 22 days from the second year onwards
