Provide high-level administrative support to the APAC President, enabling efficient leadership across the region
Manage complex calendars and inboxes across multiple time zones; screen, prioritize, and draft responses
Coordinate regional and international travel, itineraries, visas, and related logistics; prepare detailed travel briefs; process travel expenses
Prepare meeting materials (agendas, decks, briefing notes), take or coordinate minutes, track actions, and ensure timely follow-up
Support communications and liaison with senior executives, partners, customers, and key stakeholders; draft correspondence and internal communications
Assist with governance, policy adherence, and simple financial oversight related to the APAC Office (expense tracking, basic budgeting)
Collaborate on cross-functional regional projects with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Facilities, and regional leadership; conduct research and compile insights
Plan and coordinate leadership town halls, executive offsites, and regional events
Oversee APAC Office operations, vendor relationships, facilities coordination, and office supplies; provide backup support to other executives as needed

Navigate multi-time-zone coordination and APAC cultural nuances; ensure alignment with corporate policies and governance
Exhibit adaptability and resilience, managing changing priorities and urgent requests with composure
Ensure data privacy and secure handling of confidential information; maintain compliant processes and records
What We Look For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 812 years of progressive experience supporting senior executives, preferably at regional or global leadership level.
Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed, multinational environment across APAC.
Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Strong executive presence with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
Proven ability to manage ambiguity, work independently, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
High level of professionalism, resilience, and emotional intelligence. Polite and respectful.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a President, EVP, or C-suite leader.
Exposure to large-scale regional operations or transformation initiatives.
Experience preparing executive-level presentations and leadership communications.
