Howden is a specialist commercial insurance broker. Its regional footprint covers Singapore (regional headquarters), Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, and Philippines. It is part of the London-headquartered Howden Broking Group, a leading independent, global broker with offices in over 55 countries worldwide.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collection of mail and distribution to the respective servicers.
  • Send mails, arrange courier/internal dispatch of documents to insurers / clients.
  • Ensure timely billing issuance (Renewal / Adjustments / Provisional).
  • Prepare Cover Letters/Underwriting Letters.
  • Scanning, filing and archival of documents.
  • Printing/Photocopying/Labelling/Binding of proposal and renewal reports.
  • Generate slips (Quotation slop / Proposal to Client / Placement Slip / Cover Note)
  • Update/Sort/Pivot excel data (E.g. Employee listing claim statistics).
  • Customer due diligence checks on clients.
  • Use of Document Management System/SharePoint.
  • Prepare presentation slides.
  • Any other general/admin duties assigned from time to time.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum GCE O Level.
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably possess relevant insurance certificate minimally HI/BCP/CGI/PGI.
