Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and structured Personal Operations Manager to support the Chief Executive across lifestyle logistics, research, and project coordination.
This is a part-time role that requires 2- 3 days weekly committment.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Structured Briefing
- Conduct research and present concise comparison briefs (3 options + pros/cons) on:
- Purchases from various vendors
- Classes, Experiences and travel
- Summarise findings clearly and efficiently and make bookings and purchases.
Logistics & Coordination
- Manage bookings ( for classes, restaurants, travel and appointments).
- Coordinate purchases, collections, repairs, deliveries, and service providers.
- Project Support
- Conduct preliminary market research for small business initiatives.
- Shortlist vendors and coordinate initial communications.
- Maintain simple tracking systems for ongoing items.
