Job Description
- Manage and coordinate the CEO'S calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist a team of 10 across various admin tasks.
- Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Submission of expense claims though concur system.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
- Has 2 years of experience in secretarial role, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle competing priorities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in dealing with confidential matters.
- Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management and organisation skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and assisting management needs.
- Proficient in MS Office and systems.
