Job Summary
This role supports asset management analysis, reporting and budgeting, and develops dashboards to ensure data accuracy and deliver insights that inform the division's activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Support asset management monitoring, analysis, and reporting across the Singapore portfolio and Singapore joint ventures
- Assist individual business sectors with monthly financial and operational performance reporting
- Contribute to group level internal and external reporting for the Asset Management Division
- Prepare monthly management reports and support quarterly group reporting for Singapore and its joint ventures
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the Division including both headquarters and individual business units.
- Assist with detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling to assess portfolio and asset level performance
- Provide adhoc analysis and data collation to support divisional reporting management reviews and strategic initiatives
- Monitor real estate market and macroeconomic trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive developments, and translate insights into meaningful management inputs.
- Support the management, maintenance, and data integrity of the Asset Management enterprise system, including ARGUS.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Prior exposure to portfolio reporting, asset management, or analytical roles within commercial real estate across multiple asset classes.
- Good understanding of real estate markets, industry trends, and relevant local regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including ARGUS, enterprise lease management systems, and advanced Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple deliverables.
