Executive Architect / Associate (4 to 6 years) for commerical and industrial projects.
Job Description
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions
- Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant
- Conducting site visits, managing client relationships, and presenting design proposals to stakeholders
- Assist / Lead / Manage the project team to complete projects on time, on budget and according to client and authority's requirements
- Manage multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion
- Ensure project team's current workflow practices are in line with company standards and proposed improvements
- Familar with BIM.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) will have separate salary packages.
- Minimum of 4 to 6years of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry, for executive architect or associate.
- Strong understanding of design principles and construction practices
- Familiar with regulatory requirements like URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks, and relevant building codes
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders
