Job Description

Our client is a leading Multinational Tech company, developer of personal-computer software systems and applications. This is a contract role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and ensuring leaders stay ahead of shifting priorities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to arrange internal and external meetings, oversee travel bookings in line with company policies, and handle endtoend logistics including visas and accommodations.
  • Proactively manage meeting scheduling, agenda coordination, and logistics for leadership meetings, worldwide and regional calls.
  • Support operational processes such as expense submissions, procurement requests, and invoice tracking, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Organize team events and activities, maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and administrative records
  • Use AI-enabled tools as a standard part of day to day work to streamline routine administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling support, document preparation)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience as an executive administrative/ executive assistant within technology, multinational environment.
  • Background supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, international organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and competingpriorities with strong judgment and autonomy.

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal): clear, efficient, and detail-oriented.

  • Proficient in office productivity tools, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
