Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Administrative Assistant. The Executive Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, support executives, coordinate communication, and ensure the smooth operation of company schedules and correspondence. Additional duties may include scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports, and maintaining records and files.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Strong Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette
  • Demonstrated ability in Clerical Skills, including organizing, filing, and data management
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is a plus
