Job Description

Order Management & Fulfillment Coordination

. Creation and processing of sales orders and delivery orders daily . Keying in sales report daily

. Ensure returned delivery orders are endorsed and scan to finance for billing

. Generating of packing list for production team

Proactive Customer Communication & Support

. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, striving for first-contact resolution.

. Proactively communicate order status updates, potential delays, or fulfillment challenges to customers.

. Resolve delivery discrepancies (e.g., shortages, wrong items, basket collection issues) in a timely and customer-centric manner.

. Providing product or service information to both internal and external customers

. Informing customers promptly for unfulfillment items and offering alternative solutions (e.g., substitute items, rescheduled delivery).

Production and Logistics Liaison

. Liaise directly with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve missed items or delivery exceptions.

. Coordinate with logistics for specific delivery timing requests to meet customer expectations.

. Communicate unfulfillment issues to the production team and track resolution.

. Inputting of delivery routes for 3PL planning daily

. Generating of picking list for drivers daily

. Creation and maintaining of BOM in SAP

. Keying in of month end inventory counting, and assist with reconciliation

. Executing SAP transactions (purchase requisitions, goods issue, goods receive, production checklist)

Forecast & Demand

. Monthly production forecast according to menu or demand

. Assist with inventory reconciliation and contribute to month-end reporting related to stock levels affecting fulfillment.

. Execute essential SAP transactions on time (e.g., purchase requisitions for fulfillment materials, goods issue, goods receipt) to ensure smooth operations.

SAP (Master Data)

. Filling up of master data template for customer creation

. Creation and extension of materials

. Updating of transfer pricing

. Maintaining of selling price for external customers

Job Requirement skills:

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Experience with google suite tools and SAP S/4 HANA will be added advantage
