Job Scope
- Responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
- Day-to-day tasks will include administrative assistance, phone management, maintaining office supplies, and clerical duties.
- The candidate will be required to maintain a professional demeanor and exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Must possess relevant work experience, particularly in liaising with government departments, and demonstrate a strong ability to work autonomously
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff, management, and government department.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Relevant certification or diploma in administration or related field is a plus
