Job Summary:
This position will provide administrative and coordination support to Hospitality Project division. You will support the overall efficiency of hospitality development initiatives by ensuring timely and well-organised administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties in relation to Hospitality Projects team at RWS.
- Monitor and track project timeline and PM tasks lists
- Analyze and report on project risks such as overdue projects
- Assist to raise purchase order or purchase requisition using Ariba system.
- Follow-up on licensing applications and compilation of documents for submission.
- Coordination of gathering samples, preparing and obtaining sign off and returning sample as required
- Carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned
- Schedule and organized meetings, including recording minutes.
- Track Expenses and updating cost tracker
- Collaboration on presentations and project updates meeting
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
