Execution Trader - Asia Rates- (Multi-Strat HF, Path to Managing Capital)

My client is a global, multi-strategy hedge fund that promotes a highly collaborative culture and is committed to hiring for the long term.

There is an immediate requirement for an experienced execution trader to join the multi-billion dollar discretionary macro team and be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore. This is a highly profitable team and offers a pathway to managing risk, as a Sub-PM/PM, going forward.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of:

• executing DM and EM Asia swaps, government bonds (cash markets), bond futures, swaptions and exchange-traded rates options, Total Return Swaps (TRS) and FX spot/forwards
• best execution across voice and electronic venues and minimizing market impact
• working closely with PMs to translate investment ideas into executable trading strategies
• tracking market liquidity and flows
• contribute to enhancements in execution analytics, transaction cost analysis (TCA), and workflow automation.
