We're looking for someone who can
- facilitate timely and accurate market-side order placement and market-side finishing activities, including but not limited to, active order monitoring and chasing late confirmations, prompt detection of irregularities and efficient exception handling
- effectively manage client-side sales trading activities including advisory on order entry, special handling
and pre/at-trade execution-related client queries originating from Wealth Management clients and 3rd party Financial Institutions
- handle inbound information in Central information Management system received from Transfer Agent
- support and/or drive initiatives to improve efficiency and manage risk; proactively keeping in step with market development
- follow rules and regulations, compliance guidelines and desk procedures/protocols

You will be working as part of the Global Markets Funds Execution team in Singapore within our Investment Bank- Execution Hub. We are one of two main global hubs responsible for buy-side execution of all fund orders within the Group. Together with our global partner in Zurich, our mission is to provide flawless best-in- class funds execution services for our Wealth Management Clients and 3rd Party Banks.
Your expertise
- minimum of 4 years relevant experience with knowledge in mutual funds and hedge funds.; regulatory framework and investment eligibility criteria of hedge funds i.e. FINRA 5130/5131, AIFMD, etc
- advanced Excel knowledge including Macros and some scripting knowledge, SQL is a plus
- good attitude with an eye for detail and an innovative mindset with the ability to make things happen
- ability to independently analyze problems, take a view and come to a decision
- professional certifications; specifically, CACS 1&2, CMFAS M1A, M6 & M6A
- comfortable working independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
- responsible and conscious of risks, passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
- a self-starter and problem-solver with the ability to cope well under pressure
- good communications (oral and written) and stakeholder management skills
- fluent in English and Mandarin, proficiency in Business Mandarin a plus to liaise with local clients
