Exchange Server Support Engineer

We're partnering with a leading enterprise technology environment supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure across Singapore. This is an opportunity to work on complex hybrid IT systems with strong governance, structured processes, and exposure to enterprise-grade operations.

We are looking for a highly skilled Messaging Engineer to join a fast-paced enterprise infrastructure team supporting large-scale, mission-critical environments.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, infrastructure automation, and enterprise messaging operations across multi-site data centre environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Enterprise Microsoft Exchange & Active Directory environments

• Support enterprise mail systems and Identity & Access services

• Handle incident, change, configuration, vulnerability, patch, and backup management activities

• Perform platform upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and optimization activities

• Develop automation scripts and tools to improve infrastructure operations

• Improve system monitoring, alerting, logging, and performance benchmarking

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and messaging-related issues

• Work closely with engineering and application teams to improve platform performance and reliability

• Document configurations, technical procedures, and system changes

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise messaging infrastructure environments

• Experience supporting large-scale environments with 5,000+ mailboxes preferred

• Strong experience in:

• Microsoft Exchange
• Active Directory
• Windows Infrastructure
• Infrastructure Automation
• Shell / Bash / Python scripting

• Experience in:

• Incident & Change Management
• Patch & Vulnerability Management
• Capacity Planning
• Performance Monitoring
• Enterprise Infrastructure Operations

• MCSA / MCSE / Microsoft certifications preferred

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
