Excavator Operator

Responsibilites

• Operate excavators for digging, trenching, backfilling, grading, and material handling
• Perform site preparation, including clearing land and leveling surfaces
• Load and unload materials such as soil, debris, and construction materials
• Follow site plans, drawings, and supervisor instructions accurately
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Identify and report mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately
• Ensure safe operation of machinery around workers, structures, and utilities
• Comply with all workplace safety regulations and procedures
• Assist with other construction tasks when required
