Operate the excavator and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
Prepares construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.
Ensure that any equipment is in safe operating condition.
Follow directions of the construction manager or supervisor.
Report any incidents, accidents or injuries immediately to the supervisor.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
Proven work experience as an Excavator Operator.
Experience in operating construction or heavy equipment may include trucks, front-end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, snowblowers, and other pieces of equipment.
Knowledge of safe operation of heavy equipment as well as safety guidelines.
Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong Mentality to do long office hour and Sunday work.
Mentality to do work in public holiday if needed (In case of emergency/Urgency).
Creative, innovative, out of the box, Determined, perseverance, and hard working.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills especially in English, possess of other language (Bangla/Tamil) will be an advantage
