Job Description

We are partnering with an established education institution to hire a detail-oriented Examination & Assessment Executive to support the end-to-end administration of examinations and assessments across multiple academic programs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating operations, working with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of examination processes.

Key Responsibilities

Examination & Assessment Administration

  • Manage the full lifecycle of assessment administration, including quizzes, class tests, mid-terms, examinations, re-examinations, and deferred assessments.

  • Maintain and manage confidential student and examination data in the student management and learning systems.

  • Coordinate examination schedules and ensure accurate documentation and records.

Pre-Examination Preparation

  • Liaise with lecturers and module leaders on examination paper moderation.

  • Coordinate venue booking, invigilator deployment, and examination logistics.

  • Prepare examination materials for both on-campus and online assessments.

  • Conduct invigilator briefings to ensure examination procedures are followed.

Examination Day Operations

  • Oversee the smooth execution of on-campus and online examinations.

  • Ensure examination procedures and compliance standards are adhered to.

  • Handle examination-related issues, including academic misconduct cases.

Post-Examination Administration

  • Coordinate marking timelines with academic staff.

  • Support post-moderation processes and update student results and graduation status in the system.

  • Assist in preparing documentation for Examination and Awards Board meetings.

Stakeholder & Programme Support

  • Liaise with university partners, lecturers, vendors, and internal stakeholders on examination matters.

  • Support examination planning for new academic programmes.

  • Coordinate invigilator assignments and work with outsourced partners when required.

Administrative Support

  • Manage examination-related procurement and finance processes.

  • Support board meetings and examination governance processes.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline.

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in examination administration, academic operations, or a similar coordination role.

  • Fresh graduates with strong organisational skills are welcome to apply.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

  • Able to manage deadlines and work effectively during peak examination periods.

  • Willing to support evening or Saturday examinations when required.
