Events Services Executive

The Plattering Co delivers modern culinary experiences complete with a visual feast for the eyes. We are looking for a driven and creative lead to oversee the visual aesthetics for products across the company's brands and to ensure the smooth delivery of styling services.

Job description:

• Lead the creative team including designers and stylists, culinary and operations departments for smooth delivery and order execution.

• Work closely with clients and sales teams to understand event requirements, conceptualise and to propose styling products and services.

• Lead development of new experiences, styling themes, props, and visual concepts, keeping offerings fresh and competitive.

• Lead creative planning and design for major events, customised client events and festive seasons, ensuring cohesive styling from concept to execution.

• Work closely with operations to translate creative concepts into feasible production plans.

• Maintain consistency in the brands aesthetic across products.

• Provide on-site creative direction during key events to ensure vision integrity and smooth delivery and execution.

• Maintain quality control over all creative deliverables.

• Work closely with the management team to understand company direction to achieve collective goals across brands.

Requirements:

• Possess a creative eye.

• Possess 5-7 years of relevant work experience with experience in people management.
