Events Service Executive

Klein Blue Media is a Singapore-based corporate event media and production support company working closely with corporate clients.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Events Services Executive to support day-to-day operations, client coordination, and event execution support.

This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys structure, coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is not an event planning or creative role.

Must-Have

• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Comfortable with admin work, follow-ups, and coordination

• Able to handle multiple tasks calmly

• Good communication skills (WhatsApp, email, basic phone calls)

• Willing to follow SOPs and structured workflows

• Comfortable working behind the scenes

• Responsible and accountable

Good to Have

• Background in operations, admin, event support, or coordination

• Experience working with freelancers or vendors

• Familiarity with events, media, or service-based businesses

• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
