Salary: UP$3,690
Shift Pattern: 24 working days per month, 12hrs per shift
About the role
- Assist in supervising officers on-site and ensuring they follow standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols and spot checks to monitor officer conduct, punctuality, and attire.
- Report incidents or non-compliance issues to the Operations Executive or Site-in-Charge.
- Confirm officer attendance and deployments according to the approved roster.
- Cover last-minute officer changes or replacements.
- Relay deployment or shift instructions from HQ to the site.
- Ensure deployed officers have valid licenses and required certifications.
- Maintain basic records like officer deployment logs, incident reports, and daily site summaries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for officer issues on-site.
- Escalate manpower shortages, site challenges, or disciplinary matters to the Ops Executive promptly.
- Support in relaying messages between ground officers and HQ operations.
