At Vision Organisation, you don't need previous sales experience to begin. We provide training and personal coaching to help you build practical skills in events marketing, face-to-face sales and customer engagement.

WHAT DOES THAT LOOK LIKE

Start your day in the office with product training, team practice and campaign preparation.

Then head to events, roadshows or pop-ups to represent established brands. You'll start customer conversations, understand their needs, explain suitable products and services, answer enquiries and work towards sales targets.

Some customers will stop to chat.
Others will say no thanks.

You'll learn to handle both-and build communication, presentation and customer service skills along the way.

YOUR RESUME DOESN'T NEED TO BE PACKED.

Fresh graduates, entry-level applicants and career switchers are welcome. Experience in retail sales, F&B, hospitality, customer service or promotions is an advantage.

We're looking for willingness to approach people, listen, take feedback and keep improving with your team.

As you develop consistent results and leadership ability, you can work towards opportunities to coach newer team members and take on greater responsibilities.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Full-time, on-site role in Singapore.
Fixed working schedule.
Performance-based earnings, with the remuneration structure explained during selection.
