Events Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an organised and proactive Events Project Manager to lead event planning and execution from client briefing through event completion, ensuring seamless operations, budget adherence, and timely delivery in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate event activities from initial client briefing to event-day operations and completion
• Liaise effectively with clients and vendors to align event objectives and logistics
• Prepare detailed event schedules and operational plans to guide event execution
• Coordinate logistics, manpower, setup, and teardown to ensure smooth event flow
• Manage event budgets and timelines to meet financial and scheduling targets
• Conduct site visits to assess venues and verify event readiness
• Adapt quickly to last-minute changes and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful events
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools to support event management tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications
