Events Operations Executive

You'll be part of our events team, helping to make sure our events run smoothly from setup to the end of the event.

Your work will include:

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors and venues for our events.
• Arrange delivery and collection of event equipment and materials.
• Help with event setup, including moving and arranging equipment and event items.
• Be on-site during events to make sure everything is running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during event setup and event days.
• Help solve problems when things don't go according to plan.
• Attend site visits and help with event preparation.
• Drive to venues, suppliers and other locations when required.
• Keep track of event equipment and logistics.
• Work with our project and production team to prepare for upcoming events.
• Assist with the setup and operation of AV equipment for events.
• Support the team with AV setup, testing and basic troubleshooting.
• Stand by during events to ensure the AV systems are running smoothly and attend to any technical issues.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is required.
• Experience in events, operations, logistics or production is preferred.
• Candidates with AV experience or training will be preferred.
• Good communication skills and comfortable speaking with vendors and contractors.
• Organised and able to handle multiple things at once.
• Practical, responsible and willing to get hands-on.
• Able to work independently and solve problems on the ground.
• Comfortable working weekends, evenings and public holidays when there are events.
